Where are you located?
We have a lovely room on the second floor of a medical office building located at Kaiserstrasse 5, Kindsbach. When you enter, go through the doorway and up the stairs on your right. You may wait outside my door and I will come greet you when it is time for your appointment! You may also wait downstairs in the reception area as well. Parking is located in the front and the back of the building.
Do you take VAT forms?
I understand what a great benefit these forms are to you- my clients! Unfortunately, I am currently unable to process and accept VAT forms. I am a small business which makes things like this a bit more difficult, but I am looking into it! So stay tuned and thank you for your business- it means so much!
What forms of payment do you accept?
For now- i can only accept cash payments. Thank you so much for your understanding. There is a Kreissparkasse ATM just 1 minute down the road towards Kaiserslautern if you need to make a quick run :)
May I bring my baby or young children to my appointments with me?
Babies and well-behaved young children are absolutely allowed. That said, we do have valuable equipment in the room and it is not completely child-proof so please use your discretion. The other businesses in the building are in the medical field so a bit of noise won’t bother them. However, because of this, fur-babies and pets are not allowed- even my own sweet Lilly!

I have never been waxed before… will it hurt? What do I need to know before my appointment?
Sorry beautiful, there is no way around it- waxing can be somewhat painful. HOWEVER- we work very diligently and use top of the line materials to reduce the pain as much as possible (including using hard wax only- no strips- “down there.”) It also gets less painful over time as your hair thins out, your skin toughens up and you know what to expect.
